16 February 2009 , The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) will be conducting the second Morse Code Test at SKMM Headquarters in Cyberjaya pursuant to Regulation 26(2) of the Communications and Multimedia (Technical Standards) Regulation 2000.
